Canned Mackerel
Standard-quality fresh and frozen mackerel, locally procured or imported, are selected, cleaned, canned or pouched as per customer requirements and cooked, respectively. After cooking, the products receive appropriate measure of certain ingredients, e.g. tomato sauce, brine, sunflower oil, soybean oil or olive oil to enrich nutritional value and taste. Sealed products are sterilized and given final quality inspection before worldwide distribution.
Mackerel Pouch
Mackerel is cleaned, cooked and processed. During the pouch process, an appropriate amount of tomato sauce, oil or brine is added into the pouch per customer requirement, then sterilization under high temperature.
